RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Returns Policy

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We gladly accept the return & exchange within 30 days of receipt, overdue requests will not be accepted.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the return to be processed.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to COVID-19 pandemic we no longer accept returns or exchanges for worn apparel.

Only items purchased directly from Final Black will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Support team (Contact Us Page). The following information must be included:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

Several types of goods may not be returned. Perishable goods including, but not limited to, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of products that are for intimate usage, sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloaded software products, some health and personal care items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.

Sizing Errors

Please refer to the sizing chart or contact us via email before purchasing the selected products if unsure about correct measurements. All our items are based on international sizing, therefore you will receive 2x the size for your purchased item.

Example: XL (International) = M (US)

Refund Requests

Once your product is received and inspected by us (it takes 2 business days for the return to be processed), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether a refund or replacement will be provided.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

All decisions on Returns&Refunds are final.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Items on SALE are not eligible for a refund and therefore non-refundable.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Return items must be received in new condition, unwashed, unstained. Damage or stain caused by customers may result in denial of return or refund.

Lost Orders

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 3-5 weeks from the date of confirmation of order please contact us. Requests for returns and refunds will not be processed after 60 days. Thanks for understanding!

Note: Final Black is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit. Free Promotional Items

Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund for any items including shipping and handling costs.
